Rosamund Marshall CEO Taaleem

Ros's formative training and management experience was gained through twenty-five years with Sodexo, a global leader in international support services.

After this, Ros was appointed Managing Director of Learning Services at Nord Anglia Education PLC, UK in 2002, where she developed and managed school improvement contracts and school inspection services for Ofsted. Ros was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2006 where her role included managing the UK’s largest group of children’s nurseries as well as operating and expanding Nord Anglia’s British International Schools in Asia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Before joining Taaleem in 2013, Ros was CEO of kidsunlimited™, the premium provider of 65 nursery schools in the UK. Her remit on joining the company in 2010 was to deliver effective change management to improve the quality of education and childcare across the company whilst improving shareholder returns. Ros was responsible for establishing a high performing company culture through effective recruitment, training and support to >2000 staff, and the company was successfully sold to Bright Horizons Family Solutions in April 2013.

Ros is a Trustee with the British Council, which complements her passion and interest in supporting the promotion of Education, Arts and Society.
